REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the ninety fifth (95th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Delta
EMD Limited held today, 9 May 2012, all the resolutions proposed at the meeting
were approved by the requisite majority of votes, other than the resolution
giving the directors the general authority to issue ordinary shares for cash.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
