ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT TRANSACTION
Sentula shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement released
on the Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on Friday, 2 March
2012 and published in the press on Monday, 5 March 2012, which set out the
full terms of the proposed Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Transaction
("the B-BBEE Transaction").
Shareholders are advised that the conditions precedent to the B-BBEE Transaction
have now been fulfilled and accordingly the B-BBEE Transaction has been
implemented in accordance with its terms.
