DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MND SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI LIMITED and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI LIMITED (MND) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
181.38548 cents per MNDNIF share instalment that is payable on Thursday, 10 May
2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 percent. No STC credits were
utilzed. This results in a net dividend of 154.17766 per share instalment. The
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend was Wednesday, 04 April 2012. The Share
Instalment commenced trading ex-dividend from Thursday, 05 April 2012. The
record date was Friday, 13 April 2012.
