in the process of delivering the Information Circular and form of proxy to Rand
Noteholders in connection with a Special Meeting to be held on June 13, 2012.
The Company also announced that its parent company, First Uranium Corporation
("First Uranium")(ISIN:CA337744R1029) announced that it has completed and is in
the process of delivering Information Circulars and forms of proxies to its
Shareholders, Noteholders and Debentureholders in connection with special
meetings to be held on June 13, 2012.
