CHANGES TO EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, unitholders are hereby advised of the following changes to the
executive responsibilities of directors of Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers
Limited, the Manager of the Fund ("the Manager"):
1. Mr. A A Gogabori, currently the financial director of the Manager, will
become a non-executive director with immediate effect; and
2. Mr. M Swingler, currently an executive director on the board of Oasis Group
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited and previously the financial director of the
Manager, will resume the position of financial director of the Manager with
immediate effect.
