NOTICE OF COMBINED GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a combined general meeting ("Combined Meeting")
of ordinary shareholders and preference shareholders (all such shareholders,
the "Shareholders") of Clover will be held at 10:00 on Thursday, 7 June 2012
at the registered office of Clover, 200 Constantia Drive, Constantia Kloof,
1709, South Africa, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
Combined Meeting to be posted to Shareholders today, 10 May 2012.
The purpose of the Combined Meeting is to approve amendments to the terms
attaching to the preference shares contained in the Company`s Memorandum of
Incorporation, relating mainly to a change in the preference dividend rate.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Clover on SENS on 8
May 2012 for more information on these changes.

Record date to determine which Shareholders were Friday,
entitled to receive the notice of the Combined 4 May
Meeting
Last day to trade in order to be recorded in the Friday,
securities register on the record date for the 25 May
Combined Meeting
Record date to determine which shareholders are Friday,
entitled to attend and vote at the Combined Meeting 1 June
Forms of proxy for the Combined Meeting to be lodged Tuesday,
with the transfer secretaries of the Company, 5 June
