CHANGE OF DATE FOR THE RELEASE OF THE AUDITED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 29
FEBRUARY 2012 AND A CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the trading statement released on SENS this morning, 10 May 2012,
Sanyati has subsequently entered into negotiations that could have a material
effect on the future outlook of the Group.
A decision has been taken to postpone the release of the audited results for the
year ended 29 February 2012 from 16 May 2012, as previously announced, to
Monday, 28 May 2012, when the board hopes to be in a position to provide further
detail on the abovementioned negotiations.
Shareholders are hereby advised to exercise caution when dealing in Sanyati`s
securities until a further announcement in this regard is made.
