POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 7 May 2012, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Circular containing full details of, inter alia, the
Disposal of the Pump Business, as well as a notice to convene a general meeting
of PSV shareholders in order to consider and, if deemed fit to pass, with or
without modification, the resolutions necessary to approve and implement, inter
alia, the Disposal of the Pump Business has been distributed today, 10 May 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the general meeting of shareholders of PSV will be
held on Thursday, 31 May 2012 at 10:00 at the registered office of PSV, corner
Barbara and North Reef Roads, Henville Extension, Elandsfontein, Johannesburg,
1429, to conduct the business stated in the notice of general meeting, which is
contained in the Circular.
The board of directors of PSV determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as
read with section 59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the record
date for the purposes of determining which shareholders of PSV are entitled to
participate in and vote at the general meeting is Friday, 25 May 2012.
Accordingly, the last day to trade PSV shares in order to be recorded in the
Register to be entitled to vote will be Friday, 18 May 2012.
