The Directors of Kibo Mining plc ("Kibo" or the "Company") (AIM: KIBO) the
mineral exploration and development company in Tanzania have, in accordance with
AIM Rule 14, requested the London Stock Exchange to suspend trading in the
Company`s share on AIM with immediate effect pending publication of the
admission document in respect of the acquisition of Mzuri Energy Limited and
Mayborn Resource Investments (Pty) Ltd.
The Company has therefore requested the JSE to also suspend the securities until
a further announcement is published.
