Old Mutual PLC ("OML") announced a share consolidation of 7 for 8 shares on 14
March 2012 ("the Announcement") which was effective from 23 April 2012.
As a result of the Announcement the ESPIBW basket was adjusted accordingly,
therefore the current holding of 24 OML shares was adjusted to 21 OML shares.
Notwithstanding the above, there will be no change to the valuation of the
investment as a result of the corporate action as the formula used to determine
the put strike price will remain unchanged.
