RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Blue shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on the
Securities Exchange news Service of the JSE Limited on 9 March 2012 in which
shareholders were advised that Blue had entered into negotiations with existing
funders regarding a potential debt to equity conversion, pursuant to the Debt
Rescheduling Agreement concluded by Blue in December 2010 and as part of the
ongoing restructuring of the Company`s balance sheet.
Shareholders are further advised that the negotiations have reached an advanced
stage and shareholders should therefore continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until the full announcement is made.
