NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Rand Note Holders are advised that the company has posted a circular to Rand
Note Holders today relating to the amendments of the Note Indenture.
Notice is hereby given that a joint meeting of the registered Note holders of
the Notes of First Uranium Corporation and Mine Waste Solutions will be held at
Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, The Milner and Casgrain Rooms, 77 King Street West,
Suite 400, Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 11:30 a.m.
(Toronto time)for the business described in the notice of special meeting.
The JSE has requested the following additional confirmation to Rand Note Holders
that is not indicated throughout the circular;
- the special meeting will be held on June 13, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. South
African time (11:30 a.m. Toronto time), and
- the level of approval required by Note Holders is 66?%,means sixty-six and
two thirds of a percent.
