In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, Mr Suliman Mahomed (aka Solly Noor) has been
appointed as a non-executive director of Investec Property Fund with effect from
14 May 2012.
Mr Mahomed is presently Chairman and Chief Executive of the Solly`s Group of
Companies comprising of:
* Solly`s Discount World Group
* Solly Noor Properties Group
* Computron Group
as well as other companies in the group ranging from consumer and Hi-Tech
electronics to Real Estate.
He brings to the Fund a wealth of experience in the real estate sector derived
from over 35 years of involvement in the investment and development of
commercial property.
