WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SALE OF THE BEACH
HOTEL
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 22 March
2012 and 28 March 2012 regarding the sale of the Beach Hotel and are advised
that a legal agreement has been signed between the parties. Caution is no
longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in Gooderson`s
securities.
However the cautionary announcement dated 26 April 2012 relating to
acquisition of Monks Cowl is still applicable.
