CHANGES TO RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS
1. In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby informed of the following changes
in responsibilities of the Board of directors ("the Board") which were
effected on 14 May 2012:
1.1 Mr. Thembinkosi Siyolo`s ("Themba") appointment from non-executive
director of the Board to chairman of the Board; and
1.2 Dr. Marthinus Theunis Lategan`s ("Theunie") appointment from
chairman of the Board to non-executive director of the Board.
2. The Board wants to thank Theunie for his valuable contribution and wish
him and Themba all the best in their new roles.
