THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2012
New Europe Property Investment plc, having its registered office on 2nd Floor,
Anglo International House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LN, with
registered number 001211V, advises its shareholders that its condensed
consolidated unaudited financial statements for the three months ended 31 March
2012 was submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange ("BVB") and to the Romanian
National Securities Commission today, 15 May 2012. These unaudited condensed
consolidated financial statements are available to the public on request, in
printed format, and in electronic format on the Company`s website:
www.nepinvest.com.
The unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements for the three months
ended 31 March 2012 was released on the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") of
the JSE, the Regulatory News Service ("RNS") of the London Stock Exchange and
the BVB on Tuesday, 15 May 2012.
