notification in the prescribed form of the following movement in securities of
the Company:
Firstrand Bank Limited, trading as Rand Merchant Bank ("RMB"), has disposed of
an interest in the securities of the Company such that the total interest in the
securities of the Company held by RMB post the disposal amounts to 14.01% of the
total securities of the Company.
