On 15 and 16 May 2012, Soumen Das, the Company`s Finance Director, purchased a
total of 37,424 ordinary shares of 25p each at a weighted average price 191.40p
per share.
Soumen Das now holds 236,470 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
(0.035%).
