DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PPC SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to Pretoria Portland Cement Company Ld (PPC) shares, the holders of PPCSTG
share instalments will receive a PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY LD (PPC)
dividend of 38 cents per Instalment.
Please note a 15% dividend withholding tax (DWT) will be applicable to non-
exempt warrant holders resulting in a net payment of 32.3 SA cents per
Instalment.
Last date to trade cum dividend Friday, 01/06/2012
Ex-dividend Date Monday, 04/06/2012
