DISPOSAL OF JUST FRUIT AND VEG
Shareholders are referred to the interim results announcement published on SENS
on 24 March 2012 wherein shareholders were advised that the board had decided to
discontinue the business of Just Fruit and Veg (Pty) Limited ("Just Fruit and
Veg").
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has successfully disposed of
the business of Just Fruit and Veg, as a going concern. The effect date of the
disposal will be 19 May 2012.
