Sabmiller Plc Notification Of Transactions
Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial
responsibility or connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1 and Paragraph 26
of the Model Code, undertaken in accordance with Trading Plans.
The independent trustee of the SABMiller plc Employees` Benefit Trust ("EBT")
notified the Company on 18 May 2012 that it had on 15 May 2012 and 18 May 2012
exercised its discretion and released 994,275 ordinary shares in SABMiller plc
to directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs)
participating in the SABMiller plc Performance Share Award Scheme and the
SABMiller plc Executive Share Award Plan 2008, as summarised in the table below.
These shares relate to awards made in 2007 and 2009 to the directors and PDMRs
named below, with the sale of shares to meet income tax and social security
contributions being made pursuant to trading plans entered into on the dates
shown in the table in accordance with paragraphs 23 to 26 of the Model Code.
