NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, No. 71 of 2008 ("The
Act")
Shareholders are reminded that in terms of section 122 of the Act, shareholders
are required to notify the Company when they have acquired or disposed of a
beneficial interest in sufficient securities of a class issued by the Company
such that, as a result of the acquisition, the investor holds a beneficial
interest in securities amounting to 5%, 10%, 15%, or any further whole multiple
of 5%, of the issued securities of that class.
Accordingly, Titan Share Dealers (Proprietary) Limited ("TSD") notified the
Company that TSD acquired a beneficial interest in the securities of the
Company, such that the total of all beneficial interests of the securities of
ConvergeNet held by TSD is now 8.04%.
The Company has filed the notification using a TRP 121.2 form with the Takeover
Regulation Panel as required in terms of the Act.
