APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 1 June 2012, Ms Fikile Sharon
Mkhize has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the
company and as a member of both the audit committee and the social and ethics
committee.
Fikile is currently Group Manager IT at Mutual and Federal, responsible for
Finance and Compliance Risk. Previously, she was the Finance Manager for ICT
Special Projects at the South African Revenue Services, a Business Consultant at
Umnotho Wesizwe Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Project Finance Manger at
Protcon International, a division of the National Ports Authority. Fikile holds
a Masters in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
