RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr. Frans Botha ("Frans") has
resigned as the financial director of IQuad, with effect from Tuesday, 31 July
2012.
The board wishes to thank Frans for his valued contributions during his tenure
as a director of IQuad and wish him well in his future endeavours.
