NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that a circular, including a notice to call a
shareholders` meeting in terms of section 61(3) of the Companies Act, 2008
(Nr 71 of 2008), will be posted to ConvergeNet shareholders today. The
notice contains a number of resolutions including, inter alia, removal of
directors, non-executive directors` fees and general authorities to issue
and repurchase shares.
The general shareholders meeting as detailed in the above-mentioned
circular will be held at Arcay House II, 3 Anerley Road, Parktown,
Johannesburg, 2193 on Wednesday, 20 June 2012 at 11h00.
