DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT DISPOSAL AND ACQUISITION OF MOBILE ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of
the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
Mobile has received formal notification that Old Mutual Investment Group (South
Africa) (Pty) Ltd has disposed of its entire 17.04% holding in the ordinary
issued shares of the company.
Simultaneously, Mobile has also received formal notification that Commlife
Holdings (Pty) Ltd`s nominee, Robatsi Genesis Investments 26 (Pty) Ltd, has
acquired 17.04% of the ordinary issued shares of the company.
