DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, African
Monarch 710 Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("African Monarch")
purchased the following Brimstone "N" ordinary shares on the open market:
50 000 Brimstone "N" ordinary shares at a price of R8.40 per "N" ordinary share,
with a total value of R420 000 on 21 May 2012;
25 000 Brimstone "N" ordinary shares at a price of R8.50 per "N" ordinary share,
with a total value of R212 500; and
10 418 Brimstone "N" ordinary shares at a price of R8.60 per "N" ordinary share,
with a total value of R89 594.80.
Non-executive chairman Prof GJ Gerwel and executive directors F Robertson, MA
Brey and LZ Brozin each have an indirect beneficial holding of 25% in the share
capital of African Monarch.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements.
