A recalculation done subsequent to the last Investor Report dated 31 December,
2011, in accordance with the programme documentation has shown that arrears
disclosed in previous Investor Reports were understated. However, the
recalculation has shown that no Arrears Reserve Trigger Event or Early
Amortisation has occurred. In the Issuer`s opinion, this should have no impact
on investors.
