REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT GENERAL MEETINGS
At the combined general meeting of the ordinary and preference shareholders of
FirstRand Limited held yesterday, 23 May 2012, all the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed at this meeting were approved by the requisite majority of
votes.
Additionally, at the separate general meeting of the "B" Preference shareholders
of FirstRand Limited held yesterday, 23 May 2012, all the resolutions
proposed at this meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
