DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ABL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS LIMITED (ABL) shares, the holders of ABLSTH share
instalments will receive a AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS LIMITED (ABL) dividend of
85 cents per Instalment.
Please note a 15% dividend withholding tax (DWT) will be applicable to non-
exempt warrant holders resulting in a net payment of 72.25 SA cents per
Instalment.
