NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Zeder shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2012 annual report, containing
the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2012, was
dispatched to shareholders on Wednesday, 23 May 2012, and contains no
modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on Tuesday, 10
April 2012. The annual report has also been made available at www.zeder.co.za.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Zeder will be held at
Webersburg, Webersburg Wines, Annandale Road, Stellenbosch on Friday, 22 June
2012, at 09h45 to transact the business as set out in the notice of the Annual
General Meeting which forms part of the 2012 annual report.
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to
be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting will be Friday, 15 June 2012,
with the last day to trade being Friday, 08 June 2012.
