FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Palabora shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement
published on SENS on 5 September 2011, regarding the Rio Tinto Group and
Anglo American plc`s intention to divest their shareholding in Palabora,
which included a cautionary announcement and the further cautionary
announcements published on SENS on 17 October 2011, 28 November 2011, 13
January 2012, 24 February 2012 and 11 April 2012. Shareholders are advised
that the circumstances remain unchanged and may have a material effect on the
price of the Company`s securities.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
