PREFEX SECURITIES - DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the previous announcement regarding a possible quarterly distribution
to the holders of PrefEx Securities, notice is hereby given that the PrefEx
Trust will make a distribution of 3.13 cents per PrefEx Security in respect of
the quarter ending 31 May 2012.
The distribution of 3.13 cents per PrefEx Security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local)(to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 1.46000 cents
Resultant net dividend 1.24100 cents
Dividend (local)(subject to STC credits of 0.08000 cents i.e. exempt from
tax)(gross) 0.08000 cents
Resultant net dividend 0.08000 cents
Interest 1.59000 cents
There are currently 5 600 000 PrefEx Securities in issue. The distribution will
be made to all PrefEx Security holders recorded in the register on Friday, 25
May 2012. The distribution will be effected on 30 May 2012.
