DECLARATION OF A DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON INVESTEC PROPERTY FUND LIMITED-
VARIABLE STRIKE WARRANT- IPFIVB
The Directors of Investec Property Fund Limited have declared a dividend of
0.035 cents (after applying the dividend withholding tax of 15% would provide a
net dividend of 0.0298 cents) and a debenture interest payment of 49.252 cents
per linked unit totaling 49.287 cents. Due to this distribution the strike price
of the above warrant will be adjusted and the announcement thereof will be made
accordingly on the ex-distribution date, being Monday, 25 June 2012.
