DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF ZURICH ORDINARY SHARES AND CHANGE TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the
Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
SA Fire House Limited has notified the Company that accounts under its
management has increased its holding in the Company from 7,179,830 shares to
10,236,885 shares following the acquisition of Royal Bafokeng Finance (Pty)
Ltd`s entire shareholding in the Company. As a result, SA Fire House Limited
holds 84.05% of the voting rights in the Company.
CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pieter Cornelius Rorich, a representative of Royal Bafokeng Finance (Pty) Ltd
has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 25 May
2012.
