Bondholders and shareholders are referred to the announcement made by Shoprite
Investments this morning, 25 May 2012 ("Listing Announcement") regarding the
listing of the convertible bonds ("the Debt Instruments"). Please note that the
listing date of the Debt Instruments was incorrect in the Listing Announcement,
the listing date is 28 May 2012 and not 31 May 2012.
