NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2011 are unchanged from the audited results which were
published on SENS on 19 March 2012. These audited annual financial statements
will be posted to shareholders on 1 June 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of RBA will be held at
the company`s registered office at 11th Floor, Nedbank Corner, 96 Jorissen
Street (cnr Biccard) Braamfontein , on Thursday 28 June 2012 at 10.00.
