In terms of section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act no.71 of 2008, shareholders
of Buildmax are informed that Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Limited
("Coronation") notified Buildmax that as at 23 May 2012 Coronation has acquired
a beneficial interest in the securities of Buildmax, such that the total of all
beneficial interest held by Coronation in Buildmax is 30.13%.
