TRADING UPDATE AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that StratCorp is currently finalising its results for
the year ended 29 February 2012 and anticipates that the group will reflect a
basic loss of between 8.86 and 10.64 cents, and a headline loss of between 10.02
and 12.02 cents per share, compared to a basic loss of 0.94 cents and a headline
loss of 0.99 cents per share for the year ended 28 February 2011.
The results of the group for the year under review have been affected by inter
alia, the losses incurred by the group`s foreign operations, impairment of the
property assets, as well as a general decline in revenue, especially in the last
six months of the 2012 financial year, as a result of the tight economic
conditions that continued to have an impact on the disposable income of the
client base of the group.
The financial information on which this trading update is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The company`s results for the year ended 28 February 2011 are expected to be
released on SENS on or about 31 May 2011.
Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are advised that StratCorp has entered into negotiations with
regard to the disposal of the property assets, which if successfully concluded,
may have a material effect on the price of the company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
