TRADING UPDATE
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the
financial results for the next reporting period will be more than 20% different
than that of the prior corresponding period.
In light of the above, Mvelaserve`s shareholders are advised that, primarily due
to material once-off net upward adjustments for the year ended 30 June 2011,
headline earnings per share for the year ending 30 June 2012 are expected to be
more than 20% lower than that of the prior year.
At this stage, no reasonable certainty exists with regards to the expected level
and range of earnings per share for the year ending 30 June 2012.
More specific information will be provided to shareholders as soon as there is a
reasonable degree of certainty as to the range by which headline earnings per
share has decreased, as well as the expected level and range of Mvelaserve`s
earnings per share for the year ending 30 June 2012.
