NEW FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT LISTING - AMENDMENT TO ANNOUNCEMENT
Noteholders are advised that the first paragraph of the SENS announcement
that was released on 25 May 2012 relating to the Listing of a new instrument
FRS67, is hereby amended to the following:
The JSE Limited has granted FirstRand Bank Limited the listing of its FRS67
Floating Rate Note, in terms of its ZAR30,000,000,000 Note Programme dated
29 November 2011.
