EARNINGS AND HEADLINE EARNINGS PER UNIT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2012
Linked unitholders are referred to Arrowhead`s interim results announcement for
the six months ended 31 March 2012 released on SENS on 9 May 2012 ("the results
announcement"). The results announcement included distributions per A and B
linked unit (which Arrowhead considers the most relevant figure for unitholders)
and earnings and headline earnings per share. However the results announcement
did not include earnings and headline earnings per unit, which the JSE has
requested Arrowhead to provide for comparative purposes.
Accordingly, unitholders are advised that the earnings and headline earning per
combined A and B linked unit for the six months ended 31 March 2012 (calculated
by adding back the distribution per linked unit to the earnings and headline
earnings per share) is 44.36 cents, 25.85 cents of which is attributable to the
A linked unit and 18.51 cents of which is attributable to the B linked unit.
