DELAYED RESULTS PUBLICATION
Shareholders are hereby advised that the publication of the results for the
financial year ended 29 February 2012 ("2012 Results") has been delayed, due to
the finalisation of the second debt to equity conversion as detailed in the
announcement released by the Company on the Securities Exchange News Service of
the JSE Limited ("JSE") on 21 May 2012. A circular to shareholders setting out
further details of this second debt to equity conversion will be posted during
the course of this week.
The 2012 Results are expected to be published on or about 18 June 2012 and the
JSE has been advised that Blue will not meet the required publication date of 31
May 2012.
Shareholders are further referred to the trading update released 10 February
2012 when Blue advised shareholders that the Company expects an improvement in
the Company`s earnings and headline earnings per share for the financial year
ending 29 February 2012.
Further information will be provided together with the publication of the 2012
Results.
