RESIGNATION AND NEW APPOINTMENTS
Astrapak announces that the term of Marco Baglione`s appointment as Chief
Executive Officer ("CEO") will end on 31 May 2012. Mr. Baglione will
simultaneously cease to be a director of the Company. Mr Baglione`s
expertise will not be lost to the Company as he will be retained as a
consultant. In that capacity, he will continue to be involved in the
Company`s businesses on a non- executive basis and will assist the Company
in relation to matters identified by the new CEO from time to time. Manley
Diedloff, the current Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company will
take up the position of acting CEO from 1 June 2012. The Board has
commenced a process to identify a candidate for appointment as permanent
CEO. Gene Lapan, the present Group Financial Manager, has been appointed as
interim CFO from 1 June 2012.
