In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, holders of RMB Inflation-X securities are notified that Boshoff
Grobler has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of RMB CIS MANCO
(Pty) Ltd ("RMB Manco") with effect from 28 May 2012, subject to FSB
approval. Furthermore, Louis Grobbelar has resigned as a director of RMB
