CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, holders of RMB Top 40 securities are notified that Boshoff Grobler
has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of RMB CIS MANCO (Pty) Ltd
("RMB Manco") with effect from 28 May 2012, subject to FSB approval.
Furthermore, Louis Grobbelar has resigned as a director of RMB Manco with
