CADIZ HOLDINGS - TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and further to the
SENS announcement of 3 April 2012, shareholders are advised that the group`s
basic and diluted earnings share are anticipated to be between 77.0 and 80.0
cents per share and basic and diluted headline earnings per share are
anticipated expected to be between 0.7 and 0.9 cents per share for the twelve
months ended 31 March 2012 ("the period")
The group`s results for the period, which will include a breakdown between
continuing and discontinued operations, will be announced on SENS on Monday 4
June 2012.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the group`s independent auditors.
