Posting of Integrated Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s integrated annual report,
incorporating the audited financial statements for the year ended 29 February
2012, has been posted to shareholders today, 30 May 2012. The annual financial
statements contain no changes to the audited financial results which were
published on SENS and in the press on 15 May 2012.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
The 52nd annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held at
the registered office of the Company situated at 11A Grace Road, Mountainview,
Observatory, Johannesburg at 09:30 on Thursday, 21 June 2012.
Record Date
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to
participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 15 June 2012.
Accordingly, the last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual
general meeting will be Friday, 8 June 2012.
