year ended 29 February 2012 will be posted to shareholders today, and
contains no modifications to the Audited Abridged Group results published on
SENS on 16 May 2012. The Annual Integrated Report is also available on our
website on www.santova.com.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Santova will be
held in the Harbour View boardroom, Santova House, 88 Mahatma Gandhi Road,
Durban, 4001 on Tuesday, 24 July 2012 at 12H00 to transact business as stated
in the notice of the Annual General Meeting. The notice of the Annual General
Meeting forms part of the 2012 Annual Integrated Report.
