APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tiger Brands is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Bowman as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2012.
Mark holds B.Com and MBA degrees and is currently Managing Director of the
African operations of SABMiller plc. He previously held the positions of
Managing Director of SABMiller plc`s Polish operation, Kompania Piwowarska S.A.
and of ABI Limited. His experience of consumer products in emerging markets will
be of value and assistance to the deliberations of the Board.
